Clearfield, PA – Michael Peduzzi, President and Chief Executive Officer of CNB Bank, has announced the promotion of Robin Mink to Executive Vice President, Chief Treasury Management Officer.

In this role, Ms. Mink oversees the CNB Bank Treasury Management Departments’ product and sales strategy, a company-wide function with significant organizational service and revenue contributions. In collaboration with the executive management team, Ms. Mink will continue to shape the direction and strategic initiatives for the Bank’s Treasury Management functions, including overseeing the team’s strategy and growth, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ms. Mink joined CNB Bank in 2017 to develop and oversee the Treasury Management product and sales strategy. She has over 30 years of experience in Treasury Management as both a banker and corporate finance practitioner. Ms. Mink was also one of eight women bank leaders chosen to serve on the Impressia Bank steering committee. Launched in 2023, Impressia Bank is a division of CNB Bank designed to support the financial development and advancement of women business owners and women leaders.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Ms. Mink is a graduate of Otterbein University and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). She is a graduate of Leadership Columbus, former President of the Central Ohio Association for Financial Professionals, and a former member of the Kemba Financial Credit Union Board of Directors.
